Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to an Australia-based Financial Controller, you will be a key member of the Finance team, ensuring the organization maximizes financial value while minimizing operational risk. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Streamline Procurement: Continuously review workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement automation tools to enhance speed and reduce manual effort.
- Strategic Negotiation: Lead contract discussions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, advantageous terms, and value-added services.
- Asset Lifecycle Management: Monitor 100% of company and client assets from deployment to disposal, maintaining a real-time, accurate inventory system.
- Supplier Governance: Cultivate strong vendor relationships, implement accreditation processes, and lead regular performance reviews using data-driven scorecards.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee equipment deployment for new hires and manage the precision retrieval process for offboarding staff to ensure data security.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of dedicated experience in procurement, asset management, or a closely related operational role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in tracking and reporting software, including Google Sheets, purchasing apps, and quotation tools.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses and identify market trends to drive cost-saving opportunities.
- High Integrity & Detail: An intrinsic drive for 100% accuracy in inventory tracking and ethical standards in contract management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills, essential for effective vendor negotiations and cross-functional collaboration.
